Editing rows within query

What I used to do with heidi was to be able to edit data within rows that I had pulled from a query.

I no longer seem to be able to do this which is making my life hard.

For example I often update all categories_id with new ones for certain search terms. However I cannot do this without creating a separate query?

Am I doing something wrong or is this no longer a function I can use?

ok thanks - hope it does get changed in teh future as it was a great feature.

Sure, I'd like to implement that soon and I need that too. Just slightly complicated stuff which needs intensive testing, so may not get into the 5.0 GA release.
