Again i fail with beginner knowledge. Are there any possibliites to do an XML export of a table and can i make settings for thes export?

Spending 10 seconds investigating, my answers would be a) Yes and b) No.

- Go to the data tab
- right click in the grid
- choose "Export data"
- choose filetype "XML"
- choose a filename and click "Save"
- be happy ;)

You cannot set any preference for this export. It will contain just the data structured in a table-like manner for XML.
