Problem donating with card

Great software. I want to donate but have this problem.

1. I go to the donate page (Paypal)
2. I select DONATE WITH A CARD as the option
3. This takes me to a new page with 'Donate to HeidiSQL, Ansgar Becker' with card form
4. I type in the amount (4 euro)
5. I type in a comment (thanks for the great software!)
6. In Select country/region, I choose Canada from the drop down list

Selecting Canada immediately takes me right back to #3 to retype in the amount and comment

An infinite seeming loop.

Probably some ad blocker or tracking blocker confused the page? I have no clue, I suppose Paypal should go and fix that.
