I think I have no backups and my database has been deleted!! What can I do please help!

I could ask why you don't have a backup, but that seems to be a common practice. However, you cannot do much I suppose.

Not to worry friend. If you have ever stored your database in cloud just restore it from your server and download it and keep the back up for further use.
