SQL log gone missing
I have V3.2 rev 1129 on Vista. The SQL log seems to show only the last line of SQL and I can't find a place to "turn it back on" so it shows all the commands being run. I've searched the forums but can't come up with anything. Any suggestions?
Good guessbut I'm afraid not.
The last line appears only and I can't use the arrow up to reach previous lines of SQL. When I navigate a database the log keeps track of line numbers e.g.
80 SHOW COLUMNS FROM `content` LIKE '%'
then I click another table and the log shows
88 SHOW COLUMNS FROM `languages` LIKE '%'
But all SQL before line 88 is not there.
I'm wondering if it's another b****y permissions thing on Vista. This morning I needed to authorise the UAC in order to drag and drop a shortcut on my Start menu!

Oh.. looks like you have set the log memo to show only 1 last line. Please check Tools > Preferences > Miscellaneous > "Log last [XYZ] lines in SQL log".
What a plank! Sorry....and I thought I'd looked everywhere.
I'll go and install the new version now.
Thanks,
Pete
Thanks a lot.
I must say, when I installed Vista I was desperately trying to find the old MySQL-front 2.1 installer because my last brush with Heidi was frustrating to say the least. However, the ones I've used in the last few weeks have been great - some of the niggly stuff has gone and I'm really pleased.
I think I'll go and make a donation :)
