Which Chines is selected in Preferences > General > Application language?

I recently found we have a highly incomplete zh_CN translation. See this issue on Github: https://github.com/HeidiSQL/HeidiSQL/issues/498#issuecomment-473401306

What the reporter did not tell me: I wonder whether zh and zh_CN are the same. If yes, that could be the reason why there are not that many translators for both of them. I should probably remove zh_CN then, so zh would be the new auto-detected language for people in China.
