System crashed, how to import Datababase without Backup or .sql

Hi,

i'm new to SQL and ran into serious problems:

My Pi crashed and it's not possible to export the db via phpmyadmin. The Databases for my Wordpressproject are still on an external HDD, the configuration files are availabe via another Computer.

I installed a new Debian on another SD-Card, MySQL and all the other stuff is also already installed.

Is there a way to import / copy / ... the old data into the newly installed Pi?
