Why some cell of rows are with yellow background?

I'm a newbie using HeidiSQL and I figured out that sometimes some cells appears with a light yellow background.

Does that mean something specific?

That yellow background is used on cells in the same row and column as the focused/selected cell. And only on cells which contain the same content. That can be disabled in Tools > Preferences > Grid formatting:
