Problem with decryption

I'm trying to decrypt encrypted data that a face recognition terminal (FS2) stores inside of heidi sql. I found the key it uses for communication and the default key the device uses, I'll attach said key to this post. When I use DES_DECRYPT it returns the same crypted string and when I try AES_DECRYPT it returns a null value. The string I'm trying to decode is: &@~SmrjiqdpVvilPK8zl6dlpg== Any kind of help or direction would be appreciated.
